Shipping Policy

Physical Products:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Please note that it may take extra time during holidays.

Shipping Time: Shipping can take 7-12 business days (after processing). Tracking information is available after 2-4 days of placing your order and it should be sent straight to your email. Check spam if it’s not there.

Shipping Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all orders

Shipping Countries: We exclusively provide shipping services to customers residing in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France and Ireland.

Tracking Number: Please open your Shipping Confirmation email and click on “View your order”. Your tracking number should be displayed. You can click on it and begin to track your order.

If you don’t receive an email after 7 days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@medivoq.com.

Order Cancellation: 

To cancel an order with Theerapy, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@medivoq.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request”.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in the email.
  3. A member of our customer support team will review your request and confirm the cancellation via email.

Digital Products:

We will deliver the products to the email address you provided during checkout, in a digital format. In some cases, we may use external storage like Google Drive or provide a link to our website to deliver the product. This ensures that you have access to lifetime updates for the purchased product.
